The 2027–2028 Admissions Application will open in September 2026.
To help expedite the application process, please have copies of your student's report cards from the 2024–2025 and 2025–2026 school years available to upload as part of the application. Having these documents ready in advance will allow you to complete your application more efficiently. Also, have the email address for your current teacher, principal, and/or counselor to include in the application.
Placement Exams & Campus Tour Dates
Placement exams and campus tours are offered on select Thursdays (some Fridays). Families may choose the option that best fits their student’s needs.

Campus Tour
Families participating in the campus tour should arrive by 9:00 a.m. Prospective students will visit classrooms and accompany current St. Pius X students, while parents meet with school leadership to learn more about our academic programs, student life and admissions process.
St. Pius X does not offer traditional shadow days. Our guided campus tour provides families with the most comprehensive way to experience the school.
Placement Exam
Following the tour, the placement exam begins at 10:30 a.m. Students may also register for testing without participating in the campus tour.
The full placement exam includes:
- Mathematics
- Reading
- Writing
Please allow approximately two hours to complete the full exam.
Who Needs to Complete an Exam?
- Students applying for grades 6–9 must complete placement testing.
- Students applying for grades 10–12 are not required to complete placement testing.
- Students who attend a school that administers the Renaissance STAR assessments only need to complete the 30-minute writing assessment. They do not need to retake the mathematics or reading portions.

School Fee: $900
The school fee will be automatically added to your FACTS tuition account and is due with your first payment of the school year.
Paid-in-Full Discount
Families who pay tuition in full by May 15, 2026, will receive a $500 discount.
School Fee Refund Policy
The school fee is refundable only when written notice of withdrawal is received by June 15, 2026. After this date, additional financial obligations may apply.
Registration Fees (Non-Refundable)
The registration fee is due at the time of online registration and must be paid by debit or credit card.
