Admissions Process
At St. Pius X School, we welcome students from all educational backgrounds and are committed to making the admissions process clear and supportive for every family.
Students from Public or Private Schools
Prospective students coming from public or private schools are required to:
- Submit a completed application
- Provide two letters of recommendation:
- One from a current Math or English teacher
- One from a current principal or counselor
- Submit student records, including transcripts and STAR Testing scores
- Schedule and complete a placement exam with St. Pius X School
Homeschooled Students
Homeschooled applicants follow the same admissions process as other students. We ask that families provide:
- Report cards or academic transcripts
- Two letters of recommendation
If your student does not attend a traditional classroom setting, a principal or counselor recommendation written by you, the parent, may be considered. For any educator-led online courses, we require a recommendation from the Math and/or English teacher.
We understand that each homeschooling journey is unique. Our Assistant Head of School works closely with families on a case-by-case basis to consider alternative documentation or recommendations when appropriate.
