70th Anniversary
Celebrating 70 Years of Faith, Tradition and Excellence
Founded in 1956, St. Pius X School has grown from classrooms in the basement of St. Charles School to its permanent home on the bluff overlooking the Rio Grande Valley. Throughout the 2026–2027 school year, we will celebrate 70 years of faith, tradition and excellence with special events honoring the generations of Sartans who have shaped our remarkable legacy.
Grandparents Day - September 18
We are delighted to share that one of St. Pius X School's most beloved traditions, Grandparents Day, will be celebrated on Friday, Sept. 18, 2026. We look forward to welcoming grandparents and special guests to campus for a memorable morning filled with faith, fellowship, and time with their grandchildren.
