“We are excited to offer a Physical Clinic at St. Pius X to help students complete their required physicals before the new school year.

Dates: July 25–26
Cost: $20 per student (card only – no insurance billing)
First-come, first-served – please note that wait times may occur due to limited physician availability
Authorization Form: If a parent/guardian cannot attend, a signed waiver must be submitted in advance to authorize the physical.”
