Attendance, Early Dismissal, & Tardy Reporting

To report an absence, tardiness, or request an early dismissal at St. Pius X, parents or guardians can complete the appropriate form, email [email protected], or call (505) 831-8419 for the high school and (505) 831-8406 for the Middle School.
This process applies for both absences and tardies. For early dismissals, however, an Early Dismissal Form must be completed to ensure proper authorization. This helps the school maintain accurate attendance records and ensure the safety and accountability of all student.
Early Dismissal Forms must be completed before 1PM.
