Sartans Recognized as Finest Students of French

Three of our Sartans were recognized at The Alliance Française d'Albuquerque Distribution des Prix. This annual event recognizes the finest students of French in Albuquerque and the greater metropolitan area. Local French teachers choose students at each level of study that they deem to be exceptional in the study of French. This year sophomore Daniela Brandt (French I), sophomore Ava Marie Machtinger (Honors French II), and senior Meghan Stone (Honors French IV) were recognized. Additionally, Megan Stone was awarded one one of only three Prix du Président given this year. Le Prix du Président is an honor given to the very best of upper level French students. Students must have a teacher recommendation to be nominated for this award. Congratulations Sartans on your academic achievements!
