Tuition/Tuition Assistance

St. Pius X strives to admit all academically qualified students, regardless of their ability to pay, and is proud of the diversity of individuals within the student body. Approximately 30% of our students receive tuition assistance (this figure does not include scholarships received). A combination of merit and need-based assistance can significantly cover much of the tuition, so we encourage families to read all the information below.

2024-2025 Tuition

 
For 9th through 12th grade Students:
First Student $13,975
Second Student $13,675
Third Student $13,375

 

For 6th through 8th grade Students:
First Student $7,500
Second Student $7,200
Third Student $6,900
 
School Fee $800
This will be automatically added to your FACTS tuition payment account.  
*This is only refundable if written notice of withdrawal is received by July 31, 2024. After July 31, 2024, other financial obligations listed below apply.
 
New Student Registration Fees (non-refundable)
Incoming 6th and 7th grade: 
Before March 31, 2024 $300
After March 31, 2024 $450
   
New 8th and 9th grade and all returning students:
By February 29, 2024 $300
March 1-31, 2024 $450
April 1-30, 2024 $600
May 1-31, 2024 $750
After May 31, 2024 $900
 
The non-refundable enrollment fee is paid at the time of online registration.  The school fees must be rolled into your FACTS payment plan.  The FACTS payment plan is activated after your student is registered with St. Pius. Enrollment fees are paid with a debit/credit card only during online registration. Registration is not refundable.

St. Pius X Tuition Assistance Opportunities
 
St. Pius X High School utilizes the FACTS Grant and Aid Assessment application process for determining financial need in allocating tuition assistance. One completed application https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/3GLXL and one processing fee of $40 will automatically submit your application for tuition assistance to St. Pius X, the Archdiocese of Santa Fe, and the Catholic Foundation Committees. However, please note that the income tax requirements and application deadlines for these three tuition assistance opportunities are different. Contact each to find out further information.

A full-time employee of a Catholic School must apply in FACTS Grant & Aid to report your place of employment at an Archdiocese of Santa Fe school and have completed one year of employment to be eligible for the $1000 Catholic Employee Award. This award is given by St. Pius X.
