What is the Annual SPX Fund and why is it important?

The SPX Fund is an annual fundraising effort that seeks gifts from SPX alumni, alumni parents, current families, and friends in order to provide essential funding to St. Pius X High School.

How will my gift be used?

Money raised annually through the SPX Fund has a direct impact on the daily lives of students and allows for the enhancements that make the St. Pius X student experience unique. The unrestricted gifts are added to the general fund of the school’s budget to help the school recruit and retain outstanding faculty, improve facilities, purchase state-of-the-art equipment, and upgrade technology – in short, ensuring the continuation of quality education.

Why am I being asked to contribute?

Giving to St. Pius X High School is more than a gift. It is an investment in refining a new generation of students who will go on to become leaders of our city, our faith, and our nation. Catholic schools are challenged to keep tuition affordable, despite escalating costs, and private giving will help keep tuition at its lowest cost.

Does my gift really matter?

YES! Each and every gift is very important and greatly appreciated. Participation is essential, and without support from many individuals, the SPX Fund cannot reach its lofty goals, nor can St. Pius X. No matter the amount, each gift to the SPX Fund is an investment in St. Pius X High School – and in our students’ growth and experience.
